Volunteer

Volunteers are at the heart of our fantastic festival and we need as many as possible to make it a big success.

There are lots of ways you can help: From stewarding to pulling pints, litter picking to bucket collections, parking cars, technical support, seting up and taking down. At this, our first festival in two years, there is no better time to get involved, catch up with old friends and make some new ones. If you have special skills or are willing to do whatever necessary, please tick the “Other” box and give details in the box for “What experience have you had from other festivals”.

Every job is vital and we need you!

You will see below more information on the five main areas that we need volunteers for:

  • Bucket Collecting: Taking a collection bucket around the festival (you will be asked to cover certain areas). Donations from bucket collections are essential to stage the festival and keep the festival free.
  • Bar Staff: Serving drinks, taking payment and other stuff to keep the bar running. Bar staff need to be over 18.
  • Stewarding: The eyes and ears of the festival. A role that covers everything, from providing information, to finding lost children, escorting vehicles and crowd control
  • Litter: Supporting the waste management team with litter picking and rubbish control
  • Car Park: You will be working as a team to help park cars on Saturday and Sunday morning
